Booked a room with a balcony, seating area, work desk, and fireplace. the setting is IDEAL, very close to the valley and places like Sport or Teleferic. - Just a short stroll away from Restaurant Vanatorul, where we ate once or twice.

We loved being in this property. All in all everything was really good, had a perfect 10/10 stay in christmas time. Had the a double room and it was air conditioned for the young kids. The location was wonderful, next to the snowy mountains, restaurant and reception and Alpin Resort. Furthermore, in the corridors or around reception area.

It was just perfect! We booked a standard double and got upgraded for free to a great apartment. The staff was very nice and the restaurant is. very good (breakfast and a la carte). The massage is great as well :)
Not exactly something I did not like, but I would recommend that the hotel posts the special offers on the booking site. I can appreciate the nice surprise of being upgraded on the spot, but for example I heard in the last day of the trip that they actually had a honeymoon offer (and we were just married)

Nothing to complain about, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The room was well furnished, had fairly clean separate bathroom. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Season Hill. The hotel was well-appointed and the à la carte restaurant was really nice.

First upgraded us to a suite, the criticism written down it for the suite. I travel a lot around the world. Hotel Alpin best one. I was a lot of hotels 5 stars. Highly recommended for those that comes with the vehicle area. Improve according to the hotel breakfast

The big surprise was that I was offered upon arrival a free upgrade to an wonderful suite, 5 stars rated. Excellent indeed. The minor minus was for an reluctant gateway to give me access to wifi in that apartment. Otherwise worked perfect in the lobby, restaurant, by the pool... Eventually was solved with an ip assignment. I'll go back anytime with great pleasure.
